4 Week Report

We plan to make suspension system of 1/12 scale by using 3D printing.
So we search 3D printing company and RC car company.
We discussed how to make a system of any size, and we had a rough idea.

Also we analyze that.
The system receives a load of 5920N at four bracket, and the strain is deformed up to 5mm.

We made the suspension that we had.

Figure 1. Frames for connecting suspension  We removed a rubber bush that needed replacement (slave skip plate turning bush) and thought of a new four suspension system. It is a suspension that connects a fixed skip dolly plate to a rotating hanger roof plate(body). However, the length of the suspension is so long that there is a danger of bumping into the rail so it is combined to make the frame.
